Perfect for continuing your post Run Melbourne fitness that you've gained.

Each plan will have 3-4 runs per week.

Not only will you be hating us as we post obnoxiously on Instagram, we’re also offering $10 p/w Running Plans while we’re away so that you can maintain the amazing fitness you’ve built over recent times. Each plan will consist of 3-4 runs per week, and Dom will be contactable for ideas and advice for the entirety of the absence.
